Where HTML is concerned with the structure and content of a webpage, CSS deals with its appearance and style. CSS enables you to customize colors, fonts, sizes, margins, and positions of various elements on a webpage.

CSS enhances the visual appeal of a webpage by adding aesthetic elements such as color schemes, spatial arrangements, emphasis techniques, and interactive components.
